Let’s get that lining A* quality!!!

I have been having one of these every morning (weekends I seem to forget 🤦🏼‍♀️) for the past 3 months. I did some ready on what helps with uterus lining build up and considering they say you should eat a high protein diet when doing IVF it helps to get that in as well using a Arla yoghurt which has 20g protein per pot. I’m not a fan of the taste so getting it in the blender is a life saver!



As always with spinach filled things- check your pegs after drinking! (I’ve smiled at many a client with a green friend hanging in there! 😱😂🥬

•1 Protein yogurt pot

•small handful of fresh spinach

•half tsp of grated ginger

•small handful of blueberries

•1 tsp of peanut butter

•beetroot juice

•linseeds

•chai seeds

•honey
