This is a 100% honest blog all about our journey through Endometriosis, infertility and now the very real & desperate struggle to become parents in our late 30's.

In 2017 I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, after years of being told that it was just heavy and afflicting periods.

October 2018, after my 2nd surgery in a year, I was told that both my Fallopian tubes were blocked due to Endo damage and that we can't have children the natural way.

So IVF it is!!

We have now done 2 rounds, which were all free on the NHS.

1st round was November 2018 which ended in a negative on Boxing Day and then March 2019 we had our 2nd FET (frozen) round which was successful.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our little girl, "Hope", at 15 weeks due to  Turner Syndrome and a heart defect, which meant she wouldn't back birth or if she did, we would lose her soon after.

Keeping this blog I hope we can help people see what really happens when it comes to IVF and Endometriosis.  The frustrations, small bits they leave out and the true feelings and emotions you go through.
